1.  Due to our larger space this sale, in addition to the larger floor toys we have always taken, we will also be taking smaller toys, such as Legos, Polly Pockets, Littlest Petshop, Barbies, American Girl Dolls and accessories, Gaming Systems and games, such as PlayStation, Nintendo, WII, Sporting Equipment, child appropriate DVD's, VHS movies, and books. However, it is the Consignors responsibility to bring these items in tagged and put them away.  We will also not be accountable for any missing items or pieces and the items need to be worth the $5 minimum re-sale value.

2.  CHILDREN'S CLOTHING EXCHANGE will now offer a "DROP and GO" option at check -in.  This is for those who don't have the time or desire to wait for us to check your items in.  If you decide to choose this option, you simply bring your items in, hang them on the racks in the order they are in on your inventory sheet, give us your inventory sheet and GO.  However, with this check-in we will not be able to pay you in the rare case that an item is missing at pick-up.  For those who show up at drop-off without an appointment this is the option that will be used.

3.  We are charging a $7 Consignment Fee, this is something that is standard in most consignment sales.  The fee is to help cover a small portion of our growing expenses, including rent, insurance, advertising, printing, supplies, tags, etc.  This fee will be waived for our Volunteers.

4.  CHILDREN'S CLOTHING EXCHANGE will now be offering "GOODY BAGS" to our first 500 shoppers.  These will be filled with coupons, flyers and other items from various businesses.  If you would like to advertise your business, products or services, just go to our advertising page for more information.

5.  "FUNDRAISING FRIDAY" is a new addition this year to help organizations raise money for their groups.  We provide a pdf copy of a flyer, the members of the group copy them and hand them out to friends and family.  Each flyer will be personalized with the name of the specific organization.  When someone brings the copy of the flyer with them to shop on Friday, they hand it to the cashier and 10% of their sale will be donated back to the organization.  This will be open to educational, religious, philanthropic, and hobby organizations. Examples include schools, church groups, sports teams, boy/girl scouts, etc.  In the past we have sent flyers home in student folders at Farmington, Germantown, Bailey Station and Riverdale Elementary, and made donations to these schools. For more information or if you have a group or school that would like to particiate email us at info@ccexsale.com and for the subject put "fundraising".

6.  CHILDREN'S CLOTHING EXCHANGE is now on FACEBOOK!!  Become a FAN and ask your friends to join also.  We will be posting pictures and updating information regarding the sale!  

7.  We have implented a "SELLER AGREEMENT" page.  Please be sure to read over it carefully, you will need to mark that you agree to enter your items. 

8.  We are changing our Pick-Up times and procedures.  You told us you needed later hours for those who work, so now Pick-Up will be from 11am - 6pm.  As always your items will all be grouped together, you don't have to search through the store to find your items, and we will be accountable in the rare case that anything is missing, (unless you choose the Drop & Go method for check-in).  However, in order to get your items back to you quickly, we will not have checked through each consignors items to make sure it is all there.  We will have a list of your unsold inventory with your remaining items, it is up to each Consignor to check their list before leaving.  We will have a form to fill-out if there happens to be anything missing, and you will be paid if the item is not found.  Please allow a little extra time at Pick-Up if you want to check your items, we will not be responsible for anything once you, or the person picking up for you have left.

9.  We are excited to announce we will now be carrying brand-new, high quality Melissa & Doug toys at 25% off retail!!  These toys may be pre-ordered through us and available at the sale.  For more information go to the "Melissa & Doug" page on this site.

10.  We have realized that as we have grown, so have our Consignor's Kids, so now we will be adding a Jr.'s Section in both  girls and boys sizes.  We have always gone up to size 18, but now will carry men's sizes shirts & pants that typically fit high-school boys and sizes 00 - 7 in ladies sizes that typically fit high-school girls!  Due to space and us monitoring what sells in previous sales we will only accept TRENDY and NAME BRAND clothing in these sizes.
