CLOTHING:
For our upcoming sale we will be accepting FALL - WINTER & HOLIDAY Clothing in sizes newborn to Juniors. We accept only CURRENT STYLE NAME BRAND ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. We will not accept outdated clothing, items with holes, stains or discount chain store brands such as Kids R Us and Wal-Mart. (i.e. Circo, McKids,, KRU etc.). Due to demand we will be accepting nicer Target items, such as Liberty of London, Mossimo and a few others.
Due to the overwhelming amount of newborn to size 12 month clothing we receive, we will only be accepting Boutique and Designer clothing in these smaller sizes. We will not accept "KRU", Carters, Babygro, Old Navy, or brands comparable to these.
EQUIPMENT & TOYS:
We will be accepting Baby Equipment including cribs, swings, exersaucers, high-chairs, strollers, pack-n-plays, changing tables, furniture, toys, bikes (with training wheels or kick stands), riding toys, motorized vehichles (ie. Powerwheels), train tables, doll houses, kitchens, workshops, playground equipment, scooters, sporting equipment, child appropriate dvds, videos and books, smaller toys such as American Girl dolls & accessories, Polly Pockets, Legos, Littlest Pet Shop, Barbies, books, game systems and games such as Playstation, WII, Nintendo, and more.
**ALL LARGE ITEM MUST BE ASSEMBLED, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE BATTERIES, HAVE ALL PARTS, BE CLEAN AND IN WORKING ORDER, IF ITEM HAS SMALL PARTS THEY MUST BE IN A CLEAR BAG AND ATTACHED TO THE MAIN PART OF THE ITEM**
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
Tubs, toilet seats, car-seats, diaper genies, stuffed animals, unless they do something, such as "Tickle Me Elmo"

All clothing must be clean, pressed and on hangers with the hook of the hanger facing the left, (smaller clothes do much better on children's hangers). Pants should be on pant hangers or pinned w/safety pins to the hanger at the waist, otherwise they can easily fall onto the floor. Due to items becoming seperated during the sale, all 2 piece items must be pinned together.
Shoes should be in excellent condition and placed in Ziploc bags with the size written on the outside of the bag. There is a maximum of 5 pairs of shoes per consignor. We will not accept swimshoes or slippers.
Please size with a number not a size Small, Medium or Large.
THERE IS A $5 MINIMUM PRICE FOR ALL ITEMS, PLEASE BE SURE YOUR ITEMS IS WORTH $5 RE-SALE
As always we will attach your price tags on clothing, there is no reason for you to deal with index cards and pinning them on your clothes!!!
ENTERING YOUR ITEMS
Our on-line system makes it so quick and easy to enter your items, and print your inventory sheet and tags.
Sort your items by gender and size. Next, click on the "CONSIGN HERE" tab, you will then be able to enter your items and book your drop-off appointment all on-line.
When you finish entering your items you will need to print your inventory sheet and bring this with you to drop-off. We also ask that you print your tags on card-stock /heavier paper, however you do not need to cut them or attach them, we will do this for you after you drop your items off.
When pricing your items a good rule of thumb is to consider what you would be willing to pay for the item used. Typically items should be priced 1/4 to 1/3 of the retail price, depending on condition and demand.
A minimum of 10 acceptable items is required for anyone wanting to shop the Consignors Pre-Sale.
Please check your items carefully for holes, stains or excessive wear.
The Children's Clothing Exchange reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our standards. It is sometimes easy to miss a hole or spot when preparing your items. PLEASE DO NOT BE INSULTED IF AN ITEM IS REJECTED. Our main purpose is to provide the highest quality merchandise and current styles to our shoppers.
